Refund/Return/Warrantee/Cancellation Policies

If you choose to cancel your support services, you need to contact our Billing Department at Toll-Free +1-315-366-8975 for a refund within 15 days of the subscription sale date. You can also send us an email to we cannot resolve even your single issue, then you will receive the appropriate reimbursement from our Billing Department.

you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criteria are met:
1. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and the Issue was not resolved by an Intel Software Solutions.
2. 15 days have not passed after the issue was last resolved by a Sunworld Soft Pvt . Ltd.
3. If your sales plan included any software, the price of the software will not be refunded in case of cancellation of service.
4. Any issue will be amicably resolved and refund will be agreed upon agreement from both sides.

Disputes about Billing:-

In the event that you disagree with any charge made to your account, you agree to contact us: with a view to resolving the dispute prior to making a formal notification to your credit card company. You must contact us either by email or telephone, stating your reasons for the dispute of the charge. This will enable us to accurately and promptly assess your complaint and, where justified, credit your card with the disputed amount in a timely manner to avoid any further inconvenience to you.
